CASA Cares

Caring Through Communication

Regular communications with our clients through telephone calls, hand written notes, and greeting cards on special occasions all help to lessen their feelings of being alone.  They are regularly reminded that someone knows they are there and cares about their health and safety, their general welfare, and basic needs. These “reaching out” contacts are made by individual volunteers, by Sunday School classes, and other groups as holiday projects or simple, but meaningful, acts of kindness.

Terri Shaddox has a passion for caring for others and letting them know that we care and remember. CASA Cares has been responsible for 2,000 cards, calls and visits each year!
